Last day of Intro to Culinary 1 was yesterday :-(
The class started bright and early with Breakfast. We made a list, and since there were 30 of us, we made a LOT in a little more time than it should have taken since it was a first time we really all cooked together. I was on the eggs benedict team with 4 others. There was also: french toast, roasted potatoes, sauteed veggies, fruti salad, pork sausage, bacon, scrambled eggs, grits, salsa, and hollandaise teams. At about 9am, we feasted like kings..
We have learned a lot in these first 3 weeks. Thanks to Chef Paul, for making it FUN!
